About the Mini-Workshop
The design of an aircraft plays an important role in that aircraft’s ability to manipulate the sum of forces in order to impact its motion. Join the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum for a tour and a hands-on activity! Explore the museum’s collection of aircraft and evaluate the performance of different aircraft through an engineering design activity.
STEM in the City Spring 2022 is a a (mostly) FREE In-person series for teachers! This spring STEMteachersNYC and the NYC STEM Education Network are coordinating a series of free indoor and outdoor in-person gatherings for K12 STEM teachers across the five boroughs. Get together and have some STEM fun! Try something new, connect with or tour one of the amazing STEM nonprofits in our city, and take some new inspiration and resources back to your classroom!
