As the application of technology to benefit human life, Biotechnology can include the use of living systems for research and development of products, genetic engineering and more. Together, we’ll discuss strategies for infusing biotechnology, engineering and design thinking into your coursework, and engage in a series of hands-on labs to model useful experiments and classroom-activities. Perfect for high school and interested middle school science teachers across disciplines. Teachers will take away NGSS-ready lesson plan and lab ideas to use in the Fall!
