At the recent ClimateSTEM workshop, “Ecology Disrupted: Connecting Daily Life to Environmental Issues,” STEMteachersNYC and Professor Yael Wyner introduced educators to a new teaching paradigm. By exploring the disruption of ecological interactions and their impact on the environment, teachers learned about the importance of integrating sustainability into everyday thought processes and actions, ultimately fostering a more environmentally conscious mindset.
