Join GrowNYC School Gardens and the National Wildlife Federation as they present their Outdoor Learning Toolkit for NYC schools. The Toolkit is a practical guide to outdoor learning in response to Covid-19 and beyond as we re-envision the future of learning for our students. Learn from teachers who have implemented outdoor learning in the 2020-2021 school year, and those who have already been teaching outside for years. Time will also be carved out for participants to share outdoor teaching experiences and current challenges – have your questions answered by experts and other teachers! Leave with new ideas and “next steps” (Or actionable steps) to move your outdoor STEM plans toward reality!
